Installed new GPU, Synapse stopped recognizing my keyboard

I upgraded my GPU from a GTX1060 to a GTX1660. After installing the card and turning on the PC I noticed that after I logged in to the PC my keyboard (BlackWidow Elite) did not change it's color from the default to my selected profile. I still had to install the new drivers for my GPU so I continued with that first, then switched my focus to the keyboard. Synapse didn't recognize that the keyboard was attached to the PC. I have searched the internet and found a few places that said to try the following: Uninstall Synapse Delete everything in the Razer folders in 2 locations Uninstall all HID keyboards and mice in device manager Reboot Reinstall Synapse Didn't fix my issue. Synapse doesn't recognize my keyboard. I have tried multiple USB ports as well, but no luck. I'm considering uninstalling all the Nvidia stuff and going through the stuff above again as well unless someone as some other suggestions to try. TIA

I decided to go through the whole process again. I also went ahead and unplugged the USB cable and plugged it back in again. This time Synapse sees the keyboard. All is back to normal. Weird.
