Is it possible to create a cycle button Macro?

Hi I am playing ONI and it has several overlays F10. Since it doesn't have a single button I can use to cycle through all overlays here is what I want to do. I want to create a macro that will on a single key press switch between F1-F10 switching between each button each time I click it. So one press = F1, Second Press = F2, Third press = F3 If possible I would also like to add a long press = esc (basically cancel overlay view) and a quick double click = go back 1 press. Anyone know if this is possible?
