Is there a way that you guys can fix Synapse 3 so that I don't have to recreate profiles every few weeks?

As I stated in the title. The profiles on your synapse 3 software corrupt every few weeks. This has happened now across 3 different computers and 6 different devices over the past  6 years, so the statistical probability of me just buying every broken piece of hardware you’ve sold over the past 6 years is, if I did the math correctly, less than 1%.

The main issue with this is that I’m a YouTuber and I HAD 80 profiles set up for the various games I play on my channel. I haven’t bothered setting them back up since the last corruption about 3 weeks ago. However, the 4 profiles I have set up are, once again, you guessed it, corrupted. It ALWAYS happens following an update and then, like clockwork, every 3-4 weeks.

After doing research, talking to your tech support, uninstalling and reinstalling my OS, Synapse 3, and other programs, I have learned that this is not only a known problem, but an unfixed one in the program for over 4 years.

What is the solution? I’ll give anything a try but reinstalling and deleting the folders hasn’t worked in the dozen or so times I’ve done it so, come up with different solutions. Oh, and copying profiles makes the problem persist (probably a “no duh” thing but I’ll make it simple to understand for all readers).

I mean, I’d love to see some kind of “repair this profile” option that doesn’t require me to redo 100+ binds.

Please and thank you.
