Issue with Scroll Click on Razer Basilisk V3 | Razer Insider
Skip to main content

Hello everyone,

I've been enjoying my Razer Basilisk V3 for a while now, and it's been an incredible experience until today. I've set up numerous shortcuts through Synapse tailored to my needs. Specifically, I use the scroll click for cycling through applications and switch profiles when I want to use it as a regular scroll click.

However, today I encountered an issue. The scroll click button isn't functioning as expected. Normally, when my mouse doesn't work correctly, a Synapse update resolves the problem. But this time, there are no updates available.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  1. Checked for Synapse updates.
  2. Restarted my laptop.
  3. Created a new profile in Synapse.
  4. Reassigned different functions to the scroll click button.

Despite these efforts, the scroll click button remains unresponsive, though it still works as a regular scroll button.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Hi, @VirtuRunner_88!

Try cleaing it using a can of compressed air and spray it in between the gaps to remove any debris. You can also try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and look for other workarounds.
