Issue with Scroll Click on Razer Basilisk V3 - Need Assistance | Razer Insider
Skip to main content

Hello everyone,

I've been enjoying my Razer Basilisk V3 for a while now, and it's been an incredible experience until today. I've set up numerous shortcuts through Synapse tailored to my needs. Specifically, I use the scroll click for cycling through applications and switch profiles when I want to use it as a regular scroll click.

However, today I encountered an issue. The scroll click button isn't functioning as expected. Normally, when my mouse doesn't work correctly, a Synapse update resolves the problem. But this time, there are no updates available.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  1. Checked for Synapse updates.
  2. Restarted my laptop.
  3. Created a new profile in Synapse.
  4. Reassigned different functions to the scroll click button.

Despite these efforts, the scroll click button remains unresponsive, though it still works as a regular scroll button.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Hi, @VirtuRunner_88!

Try cleaning it using a can of compress air and spray it in between the gaps to remove any debris. By the way, does it make any difference when Synapse is temporarily disabled? If that didn’t do the trick, then you can drop me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds that we can try.
