Kraken Tournament Edition not detected in Synapse 3
Just got a new Kraken Tournament Edition 7.1 today and it is not being detected in Synapse 3.
I tried logging off and logging back in - didn't work
I tried restarting Synapse - didn't work
I tried repairing Synapse - didn't work
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse - didn't work
The manual and everything says that the headphones are compatible with Synapse 3, but it's not showing up. I'm getting quite frustrated.
