Kraken Tournament Edition not detected in Synapse 3

Just got a new Kraken Tournament Edition 7.1 today and it is not being detected in Synapse 3. I tried logging off and logging back in - didn't work I tried restarting Synapse - didn't work I tried repairing Synapse - didn't work I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse - didn't work The manual and everything says that the headphones are compatible with Synapse 3, but it's not showing up. I'm getting quite frustrated.

Yo haben viele das Problem. Synapse mal deinstalliert? Im Geräte Manger ist das Headset sichtbar? Yo have many the problem. Synapse mal uninstalled? Is the headset visible in the Device Manger?
