Latest Synapse 20231129 doesn't recongize Kraken X Pro anymore. | Razer Insider

Hi

 

Latest release of Synapse 20231129 really messed up my Kraken V3 Pro. Before it worked without any problems. After this update it doesn’t show up in Synapse anymore if I don’t manual unplug & plug USB dongle.

I’ve did the following so far:

  • Reinstalled Synapse 3 20231129
  • Uninstalled Synapse 3 20231129, ran Razer Driver Clean up utility, Installed Synapse 3 20231129
  • Reinstall of Windows 11 Pro, updated to latest patches & driver, Installed Synapse 3 20231129

Nothing helps. I have to manually unplug and plug USB dongle to get it recognized every time I boot computer.

Something is wrong with 20231129 release.

 

Razer please fix this!

Yesterday’s Synapse 20231208 fixed the problem for me.

Same problem for me on Razer Naga and Viper
