Macro did not work with my Razer Naga Hyperspeed v2

Dear all,

I just created a macro to press several time the letter “H” on my Naga Hyperspeed v2 and bind it on the side button 1. However when I click on the button, nothing happened.

I have this message “"Note: Synapse must be running for Macro to work"
