Macro module will not open

After upping to Synapse 4 and buttons not working and uninstalling and reinstalling and sending support logs I decided to go back to Synapse 3.  Did the full uninstall according to the Razer webpage and lots of restarts. Reinstalled Synapse 3 and could not get my NAGA Hyperspeed recoginized, the Tartus was.  I finally got it recognized and tried some macros and they do not work. Tried to go to the Macro module and click on it the header buttono and nothing.  Go to the Modules window and it’s there as an installed module.  Try to go to it from an actual key assignment, the “Manage Macros” button and again it clicks but nothing, it does show the word “Marco” in the grey strip at the bottom.

Any ideas? Win 10. All latest versions of everything.

OK about five minutes after I posted, and it went to approvals, decided I would try to repair again under Windows Programs.  It said I had an update and the update was something to do with the Macro’s.  So let it update the Macro’s and now they work again.  Don’t know why it did not update them from the update within the program itself and actually had to go to the Win repair but it works and any who runs into the problem that’s where to check.

Now to decide if I try to get Synapse 4 to install properly. What little I did with it sure like nicer than 3.

frontDimGraylife112, I’m having the same issue that you had. Macro module does not work, it only shows the word “Marco” in the grey strip at the bottom when I try to access the module. What did you do to fix it?

See my second post, it did a “Macro Module” update.  Check your pending update tab and see if it shows it pending.  Still on Synapes 3, “if it ain’t broke don’t upgrade it” thingy, it does what I need even though I did like tthe Synapse 4 UI better.
