Macros on Synapse 3 - please help creating a simple macro

All I want to do, is have 1 button do 2 functions, then release when I stop pressing. Like having right mouse button to press F+E at the same time, and have it stop when I release the right mouse button. I can't find any way to have 2 keys be pressed at the same time as a single action, and even when I have 1 key able to do it, the macro continues to play either the full delay even when I have "Play while assigned key is pressed" enabled, or it does not loop it when I change it to have no delay attached to the macro. There are simple workarounds for this basic macro on nearly every other mouse software. ICUE, for example, allowed me to use a feature called "retain original key input" so I could just bind F to RMB in my game, make RMB the trigger for the E macro, and press RMB to play F + E easily. And on top of that, the macro ended properly when using "play while assigned key is pressed" I love the new mouse and headset I just got from Razer a few days ago, but this software is really hard for me to get used to, Any help would be greatly appreciated.
