mouse is not recognized in Windows 10

I own a Viper Mini mouse which was not detected by Synapse 3 after I installed Windows 10. However, upon installing Windows 11, the mouse was detected successfully. I am unsure why the mouse is not recognized in Windows 10 and have tried everything possible to fix the issue, but to no avail.

    Try these steps:

    1. Uninstall Synapse
    2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
    3. Then restart your PC
    4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
