the loading circles are not moving at all, i’ve waited over 2 hours, and I’ve reinstalled synapse many times,
and i can’t access any tab on the top (synapse,accessory, keyboard….)

For further isolation, try running the Synapse app as Admin and follow the steps here for repairing Synapse. Should the problem persists, let me know through PM and gather the Synapse logs by following the steps here. You can use Google Drive for sharing files with me.
