My razer deathadder v3 pro profile page shows 98% battery but when I go to settings page it shows 0% battery and I can't change anything. It's been 9 days since I received it. Should I send insurance? How to fix it?

This is a possible software problem. Did you already try any steps yet? You can proceed by repairing the Synapse app by just following this guide. If the problem persists, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other workarounds to help you address the battery percentage issue. Thanks!
