my viper mini doesent get detected by synapse nor firmware updater

it shows as hid-complaint mouse in device manager and as razermini gaming mouse in bluetooth and other devices

i may be slow to reply

Sorry, it’s 100% fake, that’s why is not detected by Synapse or FW updater.

The mouse name “RAZERmini Gaming Mouse” is suspicious. Most probably a counterfeit.

Where did you get this mouse? Can you make a photo from top view and a bottom - showing sensor, sticker mouse feets etc.(connected to PC of course)?

i got it from a trusted seller on noon (like Amazon but very big in Saudi Arabia)
