I do not know if dev knows how left click works, but currently if u save a left click macro it will be consisted of "Left click down" follow by a "Left click up" and if u bind this to ur left click, it can either only play once, or toggle etc, the usual option. But how left click work is... U click u hold = left click down, u release = left click up..
I want to make a macro that will not affect left click but add onto left click.
So..
When I hold left click, macro plays..
Left click down.... (Only left click up when I release left click) + mb4 down, 0.01ms mb4 up.
Have anyone figure out about doing this yet? Or still not possible like lets say even in 20 years? Cause I believe this is a very common topic as I've google it and almost everything leads to no avail..

I'm pretty sure i'm understanding what you're asking about but just to clarify: You're wanting the ability to bind an action/macro to a key/button (left click in your case) without overwriting the default function of "left-click". That is, for it to retain it's default function but also do something while button is pressed?
If I did in fact understand correctly, then no, it is not possible through Razer Synapse (unless it was added in the last 3 months, but unlikely). It is also something I've wanted for a long time as well.
There is a software called "reWASD" that can do this. I don't remember though if that particular feature is available in their free version or if it requires purchasing the full version. But from what I remember, every rebind you add to a button using reWASD, there is a checkbox that can be ticked to retain original function, so it seemed pretty basic and likely not needing the paid version.
I get though that using a totally separate software at the same time as synapse is quite undesirable.
