Hello.
Im totally stucked... Years ago i’v already created topic about the same bug with Deathstalker V2 in Synapse 3, and nobody helped. So today i tried to use New Razer Synapse.
I have:
- 4 keyboard profiles Imba, DK, TK, Default
- 4 chroma profiles P1, P2, P3, Default
I wan’t to bind
- F5 - switch to Imba profile with P1 chroma light
- F6 - switch to DK profile with P2 chroma light
- F7 - switch to DK profile with P3 chroma light
- F8 - switch to Default profile with Default chroma light
When i press F5...F8, the profile switch, but Chroma light’s don’t. And sometimes the keyboard reconnects when switching profiles:
Here i’v recorded a process of binding F5...F9 for switching profiles.
The keyboard reconnects at time codes: 01:44, 03:07 and 03:44
Is that a keyboard issue or software? I would appreciate any help
