no mixer tab, no enhancement tab in synapse 3 version. 3.9.1231.112613

hello,

 

I just got my razer kraken v4 X headset and downloaded the synapse 3 application.

I open the app expecting the “mixer” to be there, but for some reason i only have 3 tabs in the audio section: “sound”, “mic”, and “lighting”.

 

does someone know how to get to the mixer/enhancements?

There’s no mixer tab for Kraken V4 X.

If you want 7.1 surround, then you must install a separate app: https://www.razer.com/eu-en/71-surround-sound
