No Synapse works with my setup

New to Razer and extremely disappointed that I can’t use any software with my new keyboard. It’s not supported by Synapse 2, and I use Mac which is not supported by Synapse 3.

 

Looking on Insider it seems people have been complaining about this for years. What gives, Razer?
