Hello, the day before yesterday I bought razer kraken v3 headphones, I connect them to the computer, everything works. As soon as I turn on thx audio, a strange noise appears in the headphones, like a hum that is difficult to describe. It doesn'T seem to be like static noise. If synapse 3 is running, then this noise is there, if synapse is turned off, then the noise disappears. I installed the drivers specifically for kraken v3 - it didn't help, deleted, cleanly deleted, reinstalled synapse - it didn't help either, inserted it into another usb port - it didn't help either.
