Hello everyone,
One week ago i bought the Razer 15 2021 advanced model, after days using the computer i have noticed that the cpu performance dropped quite a lot ( 2 GHZ) whenn the laptop is not plugged in and it only reaches its top performance (around 4.25 GHZ) when it's plugged.
I have installed the Synapse 3, when the computer is working only on battery the performance mode is a preset "moderate mode" but there is no option available to change this configuration.
Is it normal that the CPU performance droppes that much when is only on battery? if so, does anyone know a way to change the preset configuration when the computer runs on battery, in Synapse 3?
Thank you very much

Have you checked the Windows Battery menu? There you can also configure this.

Yes, the battery is set to maximun performance.
I have the same issue on my Razer 15 2021 Advanced. Did you manage to find a solution? I only have the “Balanced” option in Performance Modes when on battery (for Plugged In, I have the option of “Balanced” or “Custom”).
I’ve found that in the “Balanced” mode on battery, performance is only half of plugged in performance - I was hoping to have the ability to adjust the performance when on battery (eg. a “Custom” mode, just like when plugged in).

I also have this issue. Has anyone found a resolution? Or are we just stuck having crappy performance unless the laptop is plugged in.
