Problem with combined key

I am using a Naga Trinity with 12 buttons.Drivers version is Synapse 3.4.131.12521. I have set the scroll-up with Hypershift as ALT+F. The problem is, when I use the scroll-up, it function as press ALT THEN press F instead of pressing ALT then press F. I have reset it several times but the problem still exist. The scroll up&down doesn't support using macro so I can't solve it by using macro. This is really annoying. This setting was totally normal when I was using a Naga 2014 with Synapse 2.
