Problem with Synapse

Until recently everything was working just fine, but a few days ago my Razer Blackwidow settings in Synapse stopped working, keyboard is working in default mode now, i can't change colour of lighting, make a key bind or do anything at all. Also i have a Deathadder mouse and its settings are still working fine. I have no idea what could cause it, the only thing i can think of is the recent Windows 10 update or Synapse update. I tried reinstalling Synapse, replugging to the different USB port and it didn't help. Also i get this error (check the screenshot). Have anyone encountered the same problem? Would appreciate your help.

Which particular Razer BlackWidow model are you referring to? By the way, I replied to your other similar thread and private message.

It's most likely been bricked from a software update and is unrecoverable which is what happened to mine. The solution was for razer to send me out a new one. Sorry you're going through this

Damn, that sucks, i had a little hope left that it will be fixed in the next synapse updates, i guess i'll ask for a new keyboard then
