I have mouse mentioned in the title. I plug it into 2 devices: my work laptop and private PC, I plan also to use it with 3rd machine: private laptop.
I’ve configured a couple of key-maps on work laptop with the Synapse app (provided by company I work for so it has some corporate stuff installed), as well as I switch lighting into breathing.
I’ve tried to do the same on private machine but,  faced an issue. Synapse app says that my mappings are applied but, they don’t work. When I close my mouse tab and open it again it shows default key maps.
Additionally one of the mappings applied on laptop works on private machine (Sensitivity button acts as Ctrl+F4) but Synapse app can’t see it. More over Synapse app sees mapping Hypershift + Mouse button 5 but, it doesn’t work (I have windows refresh action there).

How to make mappings working on all machines?
 

Additional details:

  • I have configured mappings as a guest and logged into synapse afterwards.
  • I use KVM, when working from home, to switch between laptop and PC.

Problem was with Synapse 4 not 3 but, still solved.
When I configured my macros on business laptop first time I wasn’t logged in. I did it later.
Problem was solved by restoring factory default settings on business laptop and re-apply macros when I was logged in. Now Macros works on both machines and even 3rd one
