hi everyone,this problem of mine appeared after the format, before the format, the old razer synapse was installed, I had no problems. i have a razer blackwidow v4 pro keyboard and i have a problem like this,I set the macro keys on the left side as volume up and down, but instead of rising and falling as 2-2, it rises and falls as 4-4, has anyone experienced this problem before? i wanted to install the old synapse versions, but the program automatically installed the latest razer synapse and my same problem continued, I think it was caused by the program.
another problem I have is that I set up a calculator on the top macro key, and for example, when I want to calculate immediately by pressing the calculator from the macro key while doing chrome work, I can't do it because the calculator doesn't come with it selected, it comes to the screen, but it's not selected, it wasn't like this in the old synapse before the format :( this may be perceived as not seeming like a problem, but it creates a waste of time in places where I need to make quick transactions.
