Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro (RZ03-0468) is not recognised by Windows 10. There is no entry in system settings. Since installing Synapse, I have a new desktop. Synapse is installed.
This is my first Razer keyboard and please help. Walter

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it into a different USB port. If possible, try it on another computer. You can drop me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number if that didn’t work out so I can look for other workarounds that we can attempt.
