Razer Blade 15 Advanced - Missing Performance Modes

I migrated this weekend from a Razer Blade 15 Base to Advanced. My wife inherited my base model 2019 w/ 2060 and 9750h. One thing I Noticed upon setting my new model up is that after installing Synapse I am missing various modes (i.e. creator, gaming, balanced, and custom). I appear to only have balanced and custom. This is on a clean install of Windows using the latest version avail via the media creator, and installing synapse immediately. Any thoughts here? I read of others experiencing performance hits with profiles even when maxing out performance in custom on CPU/GPU.
