Razer ‘Chroma RGB’ lights turning on partially or not at all

My Razer Blade Pro 17 has some keys lit while all RGB is turned off. And when changing the entire keyboard to white some of the keys are dimmer than other, and some yellow, red or green. Other people have came across the same issue and were redirected to contact Razer Support. Any help that I can get? Doesn’t seem to be a Synapse problem but a software problem of some kind.
