Razer Kiyo Pro ultra - there is no 4k option

Hello, i just bought the Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra. I plugged in the webcam with the original cable  and opened Razer Synapse. When I wanted to turn the resolution to 4K, I saw that there is no 4k option shown in the software. The highest I can go is 1080p.

please help :(

    Same problem - just bought mine and no 4K option in Synapse!

    Why is there no response to this?… I called Razer support and they had no answer for me either. Very Frustrating.
