Hello, i just bought the Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra. I plugged in the webcam with the original cable and opened Razer Synapse. When I wanted to turn the resolution to 4K, I saw that there is no 4k option shown in the software. The highest I can go is 1080p.
please help :(

Why is there no response to this?… I called Razer support and they had no answer for me either. Very Frustrating.
Just in case anyone else comes accross this with the same issue.
My issue was because I had the camera plugged into a USB 2.0 port instead of a USB 3/SS port.
