I purchased Razer Kraken Tournament Edition a few days ago, before that I have Synapse 3 installed and running well with this headset until yesterday. When I turned on my PC, there was odd crackling sound when I change the volume level of the pc I can't hear anything other than this - (https://goo.gl/xTeY4N) audio file recorded on my phone via the Razer Headset I bought. When I changed the audio output device or changed the headset, it worked fine.



I tried to troubleshoot and here is what I found out.

I uninstalled Synapse 3 and all the drives associated with Razer Kraken Tournament Edition. When I plug back in the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition, it worked no problem, But when I decided to install the Synapse 3 again, the problem was back, and I had to uninstall Synapse 3 again and all the drivers for the Headset.



So now I'm running using Synapse 2, and it's fine but sad to say I cannot use THX SPATIAL AUDIO and all other features that come with it...
