This issue appears to be on going, Razer is taking a kicking on line of late, for being expensive and lazy with its software and build quality.. its really annoying one my new dock works on every other razer item i have bar the dock. useless.

It looks like I am not the only person that is going through this crazy problem and it has been going on for years.

This is disappointing as I have come from my old Razer Viper Ultimate that had the charger dock with the pegs and had no problem with the lights even though had some on and off problems with the mouse to charge properly in the pegs.

As this is something I needed for the light to be turned off when the PC is of and I don’t want to be playing to much with the computer itself settings I am not sure if the best work around would be to get a USB C switch. I see them on Amazon for around £9-£15 so when not being used or PC is off and I want to turn of the light I could just push or switch it if by using a physical switch. Do you think this will work?

It is straight up beyond pathetic that 3 years since the thread was opened this hasn’t been fixed...

It's still unresolved. These crazy guys are posting to synapse 4, and even though I still turn off PC, DogPro shines brightly and interferes with my sleep. It doesn't make sense to turn it off and on every time. Other devices normally emit light with PC, so why just this? I don't want to know the charging signs... I hope the design will participate in the development of any more new products and not poop

All we can do is keep adding to it, but I think we all know the tag line made by gamers for gamers is a nothing now.. it's just money and how can we do as little as possible for maximum extraction.
