I have Razer PWM Fan controller with 6x Kunai Chroma attached to it in my system. Everything worked correctly, two fans were in advanced mode, the rest were in manual mode. After upgrading to windows 11 advanced mode stopped working. The processor temperature does not affect the fan speed in any way. But they react to manual speed changes. I tried to completely reinstall Synapse, but it didn't help.

    I literally have the exact same issue why is nobody talking about this. I couldve seriously damaged my processor thinking that my advanced mode was working but it was literally keeping my fans at the same speed. They need to release an update to fix this.

    I have the same problem unfortunately. I tried on the Razer Synapse 4 and 3 but nothing changed. Looking forward to the next update. There are too many bugs on synapse, it's nonsense.

    Same issue.

    I can reproduce the issue with installing/uninstalling the latest Windows security update.
    I noticed this issue almost 3 months ago now, tried updating, had to revert to make it work again.

    Narrowed it down to Windows Security Update KB5044285.

    Today i updated again (4 weeks later… again) and it’s still not fixed…. This time its KB5048685.

    It’s insane that neither Microsoft nor Razer can fix this for such a long time. Contacting support is a waste of time because they will just direct to each other or tell you to reinstall 452 times (my Experience).

    If anyone can find another workaround other than pausing updates until… forever? … would be nice.

    I had this issue on my last system and resolved it by uninstalling in reinstalling synapse.  I just change from Intel to AMD and now I cannot seem to resolve.  Exact same issue.  Everything works with the fans except manual mode.  Please fix Razer.
