Razer Synape forgot my Configurations

Dear Community,
My software forgot my profile-settings after every computer restart. I have to configure after every restart the module which I use (Hypershift) on my Naga Trinity and also after every computer restart / start the lights are completely off from the mouse.
Sometimes it even doesn't work after I've set it up in the Rater Synapse again.
It's absolutley terrible when I can't use the back- and forward keys on my mouse.

Yep. Absolutely Strange. I'm using my razer ID since some years and the failure begins 2-3 month ago.
