Razer Synapse 2.0 causes fan speed to stay at maximum

I have had this problem ever since I got my Razer Blade in 2016 (I have the Razer Blade 970m that uses the old Synapse 2.0), basically if the synapse 2.0 program is running, my fans speed are stuck at their maximum value, and there is nothing I can do to fix this other than closing the Synapse 2.0 app. I am unable to adjust the keyboard RGB as I do not want my laptop sounding like a jet engine every time I am in class. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail. It seems that this issue is not known to Razer, as it has been ongoing now for 5 years, so if possible I would like to bring this to the attention of the Razer team so that they may get started on a fix for this issue.
