Hello everyone,
I have a Deathadder 3.5G with Synapse 2, it all worked fine until yesterday, i see the synapse icon on the taskbar but when i pass the mouseover it just vanish, the program won't launch.
I've tried all the solutions on the internet, like deleting, disable firewall, admin mode, install netframeworks, safe mode, disable antivirus, uninstall updates of windows etc.
It just won't open at all.
So i seek your help, i have a legion 5 pro with ryzen 7 5800h and rtx 3070.
Thanks in advance.
Regards

This happened to me also; it started happening after I have updated my Windows 10 with a latest patch~~~
I think this is a Windows 10 patch issue, because it happened on my Windows laptop also.
I temporary resolved the issue by repair/installing the Synapse 2.0 exe; until last week I was able to complete my RAZER peripherals to work on Synapse 3.0. So no longer need Synapse 2.0
Accomplished by collecting zSilvers and exchanging it for Synapse 3.0 RAZER peripherals.

Any crash events in windows event viewer for Synapse 2.0?

Any crash events in windows event viewer for Synapse 2.0?
This is the interesting part, there is no error logged in Event Viewer.
The icon just disappears.
Nothing in Event Viewer, repairing the exe by réinstalling still not works : /
Do you have Synapse 3 installed as well? Have you already updated it since 09-Sep? In any case, if repairing and clean reinstalling Synapse didn't do the trick. Do gather your Synapse logs by following this guide. You can upload the log files on Google Drive and send me the sharable link via PM. Here's how to find the shareable link for the files:
1. Open a file in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides. In the top right corner, click Share.
2. Click "Get shareable link" in the top right of the "Share with others" box.
3. To choose whether a person can view, comment, or edit the file, click the Down arrow next to the "Anyone with the link." down arrow icon.
I'd also appreciate it if you'd compress the folders under C:\\Users\\%Your_User_ID%\\AppData\\Local\\CrashDumps and send me the zip files via PM.
