Razer Synapse 3.0 Wont Open!!

I'm pretty sure I have the same problem as everyone else. i have tried this from a redit fourm RealAtexx Okay I fixed it, just now, so I cant guarantee the longevity of this fix. Follow These Steps.

• Open control panel.
• Navigate to "unistall a program"
• on the left side click enable/disable windows features, uncheck everything .net, make sure to drop down and ensure those are unchecked.
• install https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/vs/express/
• under workload tab select ".net desktop development
• under indivudal compenents tab select all .net feautres, install, reboot and bam it fixed.
• repeat steps 1-3, instead enable them this time

Also i have to unplug my mouse when ever i turn on my computer befor it reaches bios or else t stays on a black screen...computer is trying to boot from the mouse even though i have checked it and its not even on the list
