Few days earlier, my Razer Synapse 3 (RS3) cannot detect my gear. So I have done some troubleshoots to fix the problem but none work. What I have done:

  • Clean remove & install RS3 according Razer instruction
  • Using Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool, both my devices are still detected in the device menu but not in the RS3

     

When I check the Event Viewer, I found this error that may link to the RS3 error that cannot detect my gears:

 

Try doing clean Synapse reinstall with these steps:

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

Thank you, I have tried your method but still, Synapse can’t detect my Viper and Huntsman. After installing Synapse, it appears a .Net error and disappear instantly. 

I can make this error reappear by starting Razer Synapse Service Process.exe inside C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Synapse3\UserProcess. 


I’d try repairing/reinstalling .net framework.

I fixed the .NET problem by using this guide and the gear start appearing again 🙂
