Hello all.

It pains me to write this, and sorry for the long message, but I have been unable to open Synapse for the last year or so, despite ~30+ attempts of clean installs, and sadly I think I’m at the end of my time with Razer if I can’t resolve this.

I have been with Razer since 2016 and have had very minimal problems besides this, however, not too long ago I attempted another clean install of Synapse as I hadn’t attempted for the past few months - my process: uninstall Synapse and delete all Razer files, then attempt to reinstall from the Razer website - however, this time, my headset’s audio quality has significantly decreased and has been unusable for the past week or so. 

I’d love to be able to use my headset again and have it sound how it was before the incident - more “full” (?) and less muffled - but with me being unable to open Synapse that seems unfeasible. 

My current peripherals:

- Razer BlackWidow Chroma (Keyboard)
- Razer Abyssus 2000 (Mouse)
- Razer Kraken TE (Headset, in question)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
