Razer Synapse 3 - no server | Razer Insider
Skip to main content
After many many years (really many) I decided to switch from Logitech to Razer. I even had to drive to 3 different stores to buy the Razer Viper 8k (Total over 100km driven). Then in the third store I got it. Full of joy at home I wanted to install the Razer Synapse software. It does not work.

I keep getting the error that the server is not available. I searched for solutions like disabling the firewall etc...nothing works. What is so hard about it? With all due respect, for a company like Razer, you would expect the software to be simple and easy to install.

What else can I do? I want the DPI settings etc....must I really go back to Logitech?

It should get support for local profiles, to export and backup, as well as move to other system and so on.

Cloud-based should be optional, period.
