can you please provide an offline installer as for some reason even tho im connected to the internet it will not connect to your servers to download

i need this software badly to configure the keys on my razer naga

My Razer Synapse and Cortex will not install. They just say server access unavailable. Funny how it was working about a week ago with no problems.

Yeah, the software requires a connection to their servers. It does not work without an Internet connection.

This has been a customer complaint since the start, so don’t expect this to change.

And when ur device have no internet connection do not apper and macros are not working again

This is a gross oversite by them. Some of us sadly like using their devices and the freaking software fails to work or install when there is no internet connection.

This is the second time I feel an urge to switch products.

The problem is not that I dont have internet access on my device, the problem is that the software THINKS that I don’t have internet access. I am writing this from my computer which synapse complains about not having internet access. I don’t even have a complicated setup with proxies etc, I have both IPv4 and 6…

Either post a full installer or remove the internet access check since it is broken.
