I bought a Blackshark V2 Pro 2023. Razer Synapse needs an update to detect it.
Also I did a clean uninstall so my Basilisk V3 is no longer detected cause I can’t make this update.
But I get this error every time.
I saw that so many people deal with this problem. What a shame! Please help me fix this. Also, I tried every method like reinstalling, repairing and firmware update kinda things.

I have a blackshark v2 pro (2023) headset .
Experienced same issues as above.
Could not continue to update the firmware ( insert the dongle etc, power up the headset etc).
Got an error message and i could only choose “cancel”
My solution was :
I repaired the synapse software through windows “add programs” choose modify…..
I restarted the computer.
Ran the firmware updater program and it worked.
With some disapointment later i got it working.
