Razer Synapse buttons actions not saved on Deathadder mouse

So, I have a DeathAdder mouse, and on the razer synapse program, I changed the mode to hypershift and made the side buttons to control music. But when I click them nothing happens besides on google it goes back and forward on the pages. I tried creating a new profile and reinstalling the app but nothing Any ideas? Thanks a ton!
