As title says, it doesn’t change profile even if PUBG is selected. I was reading that the reason of this not working was the fact that Synapse takes the first .exe file available, and for PUBG is “ExecPubg.exe” and not “TslGame.exe” or “TslGame_BE.exe”. If I go to link the .exe myself, it won’t select it. Is there a solution?

If your problem is still actual, you need to go to your steam and by the steam create shortcut for PUBG and then in synapse 3 you need to add this PUBG shortcut to your profiles.
