Razer Synapse doesn't see my Razer Viper Mini, but it appears in my product list. What should I do?

    Try using the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t work out, then drop me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
