Razer Synapse macro causes FPS Drop inGame

Hello there. My issue is this : everytime i use a macro from my mouse (razer naga trinity) ingame, my fps drop significantly. At the very moment i push the button, fps drop, then when i release the buton, fps re back It pretty annoying considering im playing a game that require fps to be high and stable. I d like to know if somebody know how to fix this. Thank you fellas.
