razer synapse not applying changes

so i did a quick cc cleaner run on my pc restarted it and when it started i noticed that razer synapse wasn't applying any of the changes i did on the eq for my razer kraken v2 7.1 like even when i change settings on the eq while listening to music nothing happens please help
