Razer Synapse: Not picking up Kiyo Pro

Hey.

Recently purchased a 2nd hand Razer Kiyo Pro.

I have downloaded Razer Synapse but it won’t pick up that the Kiyo Pro is connected. The camera is working fine but Synapse won’t recognise it is there- all I see is the message “Please connect a Razer Synapse enabled device”. 

 

Any ideas/suggestions?

 

Synapse: Version 1.88 (1.88.20)

Mac: 2021 Macbook Pro Mac OS Ventura 13.4

    Kiyo Pro is Synapse 3 only compatible.

    Synapse 3 software is not avialable on macOS. So you can only use it as a generic webcam, maybe some 3rd party app will take care of its settings.
