I have a problem with synapse. Whenever I turn on my pc, my rgb doesnt work on my keyboard. By that I mean that my custom rgb profile just doesnt work, and neither does synapse 3. I have to MANUALLY turn off all of the processes of razer through task manager and turn synapse back on. I dont know what to do anymore, nothing helped it, and the fact that synapse has so many problems that I cant even find this one anywhere is insane. Does anyone know how to fix this please?

Ich habe das selbe Problem.
Habe bereits viel probiert unteranderem Windows 11 neu aufgesetzt und nur das nötigste installiert und trotzdem keine Besserung.
In der Windows Ereignis Anzeige türmen sich Fehler Meldungen von Synapse!
Synapse behindert Windows eindeutig beim herunterfahren des PCs das es weit über 20sec länger dauert!
Habe Synapse erstmal deinstalliert und nutze es nicht sondern openRGB als Not Lösung, damit kann ich allerdings nicht alle Features meiner huntsman analog nutzen worüber ich sehr enttäuscht bin.
Ich hoffe das Razer bald eine funktionierende Version raus bringt!

No worries about the german, google translate works fine. I bought a new keyboard, by keychron and built a new one from scratch, that solved the problem. From my research there doesnt seem to be a fix for this issue other than buying a different keyboard that isnt from razer haha. I really recommend building a custom one, it feels a lot better, has much more customization options and imo is overall better. If you would be interested in me helping you find the right custom keyboard for you I would be more than happy to, as I feel frustrated for you that Razer is so sh*t at fixing issues like this.
