Razer Synapse resetting key binds every time the computer sleeps

Hi Everyone, I'm having a strange problem both on a Mac with Synapse 2.0 (Razer Naga) and on a PC (Win10, Synapse 2, Razer Orbweaver), where every time the computer is restarted or put to sleep, the key binds are reset to a previous state that I no longer use. I've tried reinstalling the software, it didn't help, even if I cleared out all the files in the hidden folders as well. I've also tried changing the key binds in offline mode and then syncing, but they still go back to the earlier state. I've run out of ideas. Any tips? It's making my life hell and making me regret choosing Razer. Cheers
